These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of this landing page and participation in our live session.

3) Event registration via Eventbrite

Seat reservations are completed on Eventbrite. Eventbrite is an independent service; their terms and privacy policy apply to your ticketing process. Your seat is confirmed only after completion on Eventbrite.

4) Content & no medical claims

All content is informational. We discuss cosmetic products and general wellness topics.
We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and we make no medical claims. Individual experiences vary.

5) User conduct

You agree not to misuse the site (e.g., unlawful activity, scraping, interfering with security). You may not copy, modify, or distribute site content except as allowed by law.

6) Intellectual property

All text, images, logos, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable IP laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to access and use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

We may modify event content, timing, or availability. If a session is rescheduled or canceled, we will notify registered attendees using the contact details provided.

Our total liability shall not exceed USD/EUR 100 or the amount you paid (if any), whichever is higher.

10) Governing law & venue

  • If you reside in the EU/EEA/CH/UK: these Terms are governed by German law (excluding conflict-of-law rules); courts of Frankfurt am Main, Germany have jurisdiction.

  • If you reside in the United States: governed by the laws of the State of Florida; courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction.
    Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected.

We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
